A 14,300 SF remodel of public and staff office spaces to include the Housing Authority lobby and interview stations, career corner, conference rooms and new workstations.  A State required ADA Survey was completed to satisfy State lease agreement.  Custom interview workstations were designed to meet the security requirements for staff safety. The interior finishes were selected to meet the high-wear, easy maintenance, modern requirements for the Public Lobby area. To off-set the hard surfaces, acoustical wall tiles were installed which also added color and textures to the perimeter walls.  Decorative ceiling elements provided way-finding signage opportunities and the furniture selections enhanced the functionality of each space.
