Borders provided Architectural and Interior Design Services which included programing, space planning, furniture and finish selections, construction documents, and construction contract administration services. The 15,000 SF remodel includes a creative design open plan concept with sweeping 6th floor views of John Wayne/Orange County Airport runways. The floor plan consists of private offices and support areas clustered around the building core with open plan workstations around the perimeter glazing. The project also includes a large board room that can be demised by two sets of movable partitions and is outfitted with a recessed drop-down monitor, integrated sound, and lighting system with multiple control stations. Scattered throughout the suite are collaborative soft-seating meeting areas for staff use during the day.
