New 1,200 SF covered bandstand/ stage structure housing the facility’s electrical room along with a storage room. The structure faces outdoor amphitheater seating with bermed turf areas for elevated seating, dancing, or food vendors. Adjacent to the performance area is a new 1,192 SF freestanding multi-stall Men’s and Women’s Restroom and Splash Pad Water Treatment Building designed to complement the fire station next door through the decorative grille inserts, stone walls, molding trim, and clay roof. The restroom building has high impact fixtures and easily maintained finishes. Other Park improvements include a free-standing kid’s splash pad and open paved, decomposed granite areas for outdoor activities. The entire site and structures are designed to be barrier free.
