The 3,000 SF tenant improvement included Space Planning, Interior Design and Construction Administration Services.
With a long-awaited return to in-office working, a smart, modern workplace was created to attract employees. The space included (4) private offices, (15) open office workstations, conference room, lobby, and an open collaborative break area.
The use of an open beam ceiling structure, drywall soffits, exposed HVAC duct system, concrete floors and a wood accent wall provided a new inviting atmosphere to the returning staff. Together with the selection of furniture, fabrics, plants, and artwork the space has a contemporary industrial feel with a twist of mid-century modern style.
