Borders Architects in collaboration with OTJ created a new 14,000 SF Irvine campus facility including a lobby/reception area, 6 classrooms with one divisible, a computer lab, student lounge and expanded restrooms. Also provided for Administration and Faculty are private and open offices, breakrooms, conference rooms, and a Counseling Center with support facilities. Collaborative services provided were design development, construction documents and construction contract administration. The interior design has simple, clean and modern finishes that lend itself to open ceilings, exposed ductwork, wood accent walls, and decorative lighting in the common areas.
