Prudential Lighting wanted to create a Training and Event Center where they could demonstrate different light fixtures to the Architectural & Engineering community. An old 9,300 SF storage building was repurposed both interior and exterior into a state-of-the-art facility to showcase current light fixtures that they manufacturer as well as products in the development stages. The amenities include a 30-seat training room; 12-person conference room; product demonstration areas for various lighting types for different applications; an R & D demonstration room; open areas for their trade display booths with additional fixture demonstrations; a large buffet kitchen with Custom Island; and plenty of open space for gatherings and hosting industry events. The fixtures are designed to be changed out as new technology and lighting styles are developed.
