Retail/Food Service Tenant Improvements

Paderia Bakehouse was designed in a previous non-food retail suite. Borders Architects worked closely with the new tenant to create a kitchen space that provided the flexibility to prepare a variety of specialty baked goods and beverages. All new kitchen equipment, walk-in cooler and freezer were coordinated based upon the tenant’s requirements and processed through the local Health Department. The Front of House was designed to provide a comfortable space to gather and for social media posts. A variety of textures were used to create a warm and welcoming environment both on the walls and floor. The POS counter and bake goods display provides a window into the bustling kitchen. The public restroom includes textured wallcovering, tile, a decorative mirror, and unique decorative lighting.
